Marcy's Warrior WOD


One of the avid Crossfiters I work out with some, Marcy, is now battling cancer. She recently had surgery to remove several large tumors and everyone got together today to show her some moral support. She was able to come watch and it was but far the best turnout the gym has ever had for an event. The workout, partially designed by Marcy, was:
70 situps
400 meter run
60 pushups
400 meter run
50 kettlebell swings
400 meter run
40 wallballs
400 meter run
30 pullups
400 meter run
20 burpees
400 meter run
10 toes to bar
400 meter run
