I had another overly full week. I got to take Daniel on some more hikes, tubing (my third run down Flat Creek for the year) and do a crazy work out.
We (my friends Madison, Natalie, Todd, Phil, Beth and Daniel) formed two teams and spent a morning racing to the top of Snow King, completing 150 pushups, 300 sit-ups, and 400 air squats as a team. Then raced back down. My team won, but below is how much energy we all had left once we finished. The whole work out took our team an hour and 24 min.
I took Daniel to the top of the tram and this was when we peaked over the edge into Corbets.
